How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Phasevolunteers Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Phasevolunteers Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a plumber we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
The plumbers in our network run independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, a good first step is usually to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that often fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please understand that Phasevolunteers Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@phasevolunteers.living and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with the plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
